Reading from a journal, Martinez recounts short autobiographical stories that together present a funny and poignant insight into contemporary culture and growing up in South London in the 70’s.
Some of the stories are just a sentence, some of them half a page. All of them are true.
Part poetry, part stand-up, this is an unusually quiet performance from a loud performance artist.

Some Short Stories lasts between 10 minutes and 40 minutes.
